Circle of Light

Thank you for joining this circle of community and shared purpose. Together, we hold a space to look at the world honestly, acknowledging both the painful challenges and the meaningful progress being made for animals.

To the beautiful hearts in this circle:
Please know that you are deeply seen, recognized, and appreciated. Every single thing you do for the animals—no matter how small it may feel—matters. Every good prayer you whisper, every drop of loving energy you send into the collective ether, and every compassionate choice you make counts. You are anchoring the light. Thank you for your devotion.

🕊️ Remembering Happy & Standing for Patty

Mourning Her Loss • May 26, 2026

On May 26, 2026, Happy passed away at the Bronx Zoo. It is incredibly heavy to acknowledge that she spent her final days within the same one-acre enclosure where she lived for over forty years, never experiencing the expansive sanctuary space she so deeply deserved. We mourn this loss alongside everyone who fought for her freedom.

Yet, Happy’s resilience changed the legal landscape forever. Through the historic courtroom battles led by the Nonhuman Rights Project (NhRP), she forced our legal system to seriously consider the fundamental right of an elephant to be recognized as a legal person rather than mere property. Her journey builds the foundation for everything that comes next.

That fight continues immediately for Patty, the other remaining Asian elephant kept at the Bronx Zoo in New York, NY. Imported to the U.S. in 1973, Patty has been housed at the zoo for over half a century. Following Happy's passing, ensuring Patty can finally be released to a spacious sanctuary is more urgent than ever.

How to support: Let us send our deep thoughts of peace, release, and respect to Happy's memory. At the same time, direct your focus and focus your actions toward Patty's legal defense. We must help ensure Patty becomes the legal breakthrough that finally secures actual sanctuary for confined elephants.

🕊️ Envisioning Freedom: A Collective Prayer of Peace

Take a comfortable posture, soften your gaze, and join our collective consciousness in holding a shared vision for all life:

Let us collectively extend a quiet, powerful wave of light across the physical planes of this earth. In our minds, we explicitly see the boundaries of cages dissolving, the heavy weight of confinement lifting, and the absolute return of autonomy to every animal creature.

We call forth a world where safety replaces fear, where vast natural landscapes replace restrictive walls, and where the sacred sovereignty of all nonhuman lives is fully honored. We radiate deep thoughts of peace, gentle protection, and unshakeable freedom into the collective ether—anchoring a reality where all living beings walk, fly, swim, and exist in absolute safety and tranquility. And so it is.

🌿 The Cosmic Tree Core Grounding Exercise

Try this subtle energetic visualization to anchor your personal center and release heavy secondary distress or fatigue:

1. Align the Axis: Sit upright with your spine comfortably straight. Lightly interlace your fingers and rest your hands in your lap, palms facing upward. Close your eyes and take two slow, clearing breaths.

2. Drop the Root Anchor: Bring your awareness to the base of your spine. Visualize a deep, resilient cord of steady silver light anchoring from your root center down into the earth beneath you. Let it extend through the floor, past the bedrock, deep into the quiet, supportive center of the planet. Feel yourself securely tethered to the earth's natural, stabilizing rhythm.

3. Absorb and Renew: On every inhale, imagine drawing cool, nourishing, protective energy up along that silver cord into your physical frame, filling your heart center. As you exhale, gently breathe out any accumulated stress, sadness, or tension down through the cord into the earth to be completely cleared and recycled. Rest in this centered space for a minute before opening your eyes.

Warmest wishes and deepest appreciation for your compassionate heart.
Blessings to you.
